Directorate of Academic Affairs (DAA)

I welcome you to the University of Media, Arts, and Communication’s Directorate of Academic Affairs (DAA) web page. The Directorate is primarily responsible for performing duties on behalf of the Registrar in the sectional areas of admissions, records, examinations and institutional affiliation by seeing to admissions coordination, enforcement of academic policies, provision of academic calendar, compilation of student data reports, enrollment verification, issuance of certificates, issuance of transcripts of academic record, attestation letters, introductory letters, attestation to proficiency in the English language, appeals and complaints from students, verification of students credentials, confirmation verification of academic results and certificates issued and performance of academic ceremonies.

The Academic Affairs Directorate provides secretarial support to the Academic Board and its subcommittees, as stipulated in the University’s Statutes. The staff of the Directorate are committed to serving our various stakeholders.
